CFS2 - P38 Lightning "Putt Putt Maru" - New metallic color scheme

Putt Putt Maru was a P-38 flown by America’s 5th leading ace of WW2, Charles MacDonald. He downed 27 planes in the southwest Pacific. This is a repaint of default plane textures in Combat Flight Simulator 2. See readme.txt for installation instruction.
